Description

Artemisia desertorum (also called desert sage, among many other common names) is a perennial shrub native to the deserts of the southwestern United States. It has a single stem with a few branches and grows up to 1 meter in height. The leaves are lanceolate and arranged in opposite pairs. The flowers are yellow and daisy-like. It grows in dry and sandy soils in open areas, such as deserts and roadsides.
