Hieracium slovacum (also called Slovak Hawkweed, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Slovakia. It has a basal rosette of leaves and produces yellow flowers in the summer. It grows in sunny areas in grasslands, meadows, and open woodlands.
