Brachythecium obsoletinerve (also called Brachythecium rutabulum, among many other common names) is a species of moss found in North America, Europe, and Asia. It is a small, yellow-green plant with a velvety texture and a prostrate growth habit. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as in woodlands, along streams, and in rocky crevices.
