Pterocarpus amazonum is a perennial tree that is native to Mexico. It can be propagated from seed or cuttings. To propagate from seed, sow the seeds in a well-drained soil mix in a sunny location and keep the soil moist. Once the seedlings have emerged, thin them out to the desired spacing.
