Description
Cartrema scortechinii (also called Scortechin's Cartrema, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to Southeast Asia. It has a woody stem and is about 1-2 m tall. Its leaves are simple and have an ovate shape. The flowers are white and have a calyx with 5 sepals. It is found in tropical forests and along the edges of rivers.
