Acianthera simpliciflora (also called 'Simple-flowered Orchid', among many other common names) is a small, perennial, epiphytic orchid with an erect stem. It is native to Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela, and is found in humid montane forests at elevations of 1000-2000 m.
