Chondroscaphe venezuelana (also called Venezuelan Palm, among many other common names) is a species of palm tree native to the Caribbean. It is a medium-sized tree, growing up to 15 m tall. It has a single trunk and a crown of pinnate leaves. It grows in humid montane forests, at altitudes of 1,500-2,500 m.
