Maxillaria rubioi (also called 'Rubio's Maxillaria', among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Colombia and Ecuador. It is an epiphyte, growing on trees in tropical rainforests, and has a small, globose pseudobulb with two to three leaves. The flowers are yellowish-green with a reddish-brown lip.
