Ornithocephalus montealegreae (also called Montealegre's orchid, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Central America. It is an epiphytic orchid growing to 0.5–1 m tall, with a stem up to 0.2 m diameter. It is found in humid forests, on trees, and in ravines, at altitudes of 500–1,500 m.
